ErSO-TFPy (TEQ103) is an ERα+ tumor cell inhibitor with low nanomolar cytotoxic activity against ERα+ breast cancer cells. ErSO-TFPy activates the sodium channel TRPM4, causes an imbalance of intracellular calcium and sodium ions.
