DSP30 is a phosphorothioate cpG-oligodeoxynucleotide and a TLR9 agonist. DSP30 can activate immune system cells, including B cells and dendritic cells, by inducing proliferation and cytokine production.DSP30 can enhance the immunosuppressive function of bone marrow-multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (BM-MSC). DSP30 combined with interleukin 2 (IL2) is an effective mitotic stimulant in B-cell disorders. DSP30 can be used for the genetic characteristic research and analysis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) .

Steroid hormones (also known as steroidal hormones) are a class of tetracyclic aliphatic hydrocarbon compounds derived from cholesterol. Typical representatives of steroid hormones include cortisol, aldosterone, testosterone, estradiol, among others. These hormones serve diverse regulatory functions within the body. For instance, aldosterone helps maintain the homeostasis of extracellular fluid volume and circulating blood volume; testosterone and estradiol primarily promote the development and maturation of male and female reproductive organs and regulate reproductive functions.

MCE designs a unique collection of 71 steroid hormones. This library can be used for research related to metabolic or immune diseases, investigations into the mechanisms of action of nuclear receptor signaling pathways, as well as identification and quantitative analysis in metabolomics studies.

CyGbPF is a granzyme B-specific near-infrared fluorescent probe. CyGbPF can be cleaved by granzyme B to remove the peptide cage group, restoring near-infrared fluorescence. CyGbPF passively accumulates in mouse tumors, and its activated fluorescence correlates with granzyme B expression, CD8 + cytotoxic T lymphocyte populations, and CD4 + helper T lymphocyte populations in tumor tissues. CyGbPF is efficiently cleared by the kidneys, enabling the assessment of immune activation via optical urine analysis. CyGbPF allows real-time non-invasive evaluation of cancer immunotherapeutic efficacy in living animals. CyGbPF can be used in research on cancers such as breast cancer. Excitation wavelength/emission wavelength: approximately 658 nm/approximately 717 nm .

Carbohydrate metabolism serves as a central hub for energy supply and biosynthesis in living organisms and plays a critical role in the onset and progression of various diseases. In recent years, studies have shown that tumor cells reprogram their energy metabolism through aerobic glycolysis (the Warburg effect) to support rapid proliferation. Immune cells also rely on specific carbohydrate metabolic pathways to regulate their activation and differentiation states, while disorders such as diabetes and metabolic syndrome arise directly from dysregulation of carbohydrate metabolism. In addition, enzymes and key metabolic nodes involved in carbohydrate metabolism have become important targets for drug discovery, and therapeutic strategies targeting glycolysis, the pentose phosphate pathway, and energy metabolism are continuously advancing the treatment of cancer and metabolic diseases. Therefore, systematic analysis of carbohydrate metabolic networks and their associated metabolites is of great significance for elucidating disease mechanisms and developing novel therapeutic approaches.

The MCE Carbohydrate Metabolism Metabolite Library is constructed based on classical carbohydrate metabolic pathways and contains 76 metabolites. It systematically integrates key metabolic networks, including glycolysis, the pentose phosphate pathway, the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle, monosaccharide metabolism, and sugar acid interconversions. The library comprehensively covers core metabolic nodes from glucose uptake and utilization to energy production and biosynthesis, while also incorporating important upstream and downstream intermediates. It enables accurate representation of intracellular metabolic flux dynamics and is well suited for applications such as metabolic flux analysis, target validation, and mechanistic studies. Furthermore, it provides robust support for multi-omics integration and the development of precision intervention strategies.
