SOL-116 is a humanized anti-BSSL antibody. SOL-116 blocks BSSL from binding to monocytes. SOL-116 reduces the severity of Pristane (HY-N7819)-induced arthritis in rats.

SOL-116 binds to human, mouse, and rat BSSL with approximately 80-fold lower affinity to rodent BSSL than to human BSSL due to a single amino acid epitope deviation[1].
