Somantadine (2 h coating; 1 h blocking; 30 min competitive incubation) is recognized with extremely high cross-reactivity by anti-amantadine monoclonal antibodies 3F2, 1A12, 7E2, and 7G2, with IC50 values ranging from 0.08 to 0.25 ng/mL[1].
