TnGalNAc-T
Based on 1 Customer Validation
TnGalNAc-T is an N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase from Trichoplusia ni that catalyzes the attachment of a UDP-activated azide-modified N-acetylgalactosamine monosaccharide to a core GlcNAc residue via a beta(1,4) bond-forming reaction. His-tagged TnGalNAc-T can be expressed from mammalian cells and purified in high isolated yields using Ni Sepharose Excel with no need for refolding from inclusion bodies.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
TnGalNAc-T enables site-specific antibody conjugation by mediating the attachment of an azide-modified GalNAc to a core GlcNAc residue on homogenised mAbs, and can be expressed and purified in high yields from mammalian cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
