Animal Model:Crl:CD (SD)IGS BR rats exposed to TESO-coated TiO2 particles[1]

Dosage:2 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg

Administration:Intratracheal instillation, single dose, followed by monitoring at 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months

Result:Induced transient pulmonary inflammation (10 mg/kg), characterized by increased neutrophils in BAL fluid, which resolved completely within 1 week, with no significant lung toxicity.
