TrkB-IN-2 (500 nM; 30 min) is among the most effective compounds at suppressing BDNF-induced TrkB phosphorylation in ECP007 cells[1].
TrkB-IN-2 (100-10000 nM; 30 min) effectively suppresses BDNF-induced TrkB phosphorylation in ECP007 cells in a dose-dependent manner[1].
TrkB-IN-2 (0.005-100 μM; 72 h) inhibits the growth of COG-N-549 neuroblastoma cells and exhibits cytostatic effects on CUTO-3 cells at concentrations under 10,000 nM[1].
