In Vitro

Tubulin polymerization-IN-32 (compound 14k) shows antiproliferative activity against cancer cell lines of the NCI panel, reaching GI50 values of 0.03-85.8 μM[1].
Tubulin polymerization-IN-32 (compound 14k, 72 h) inhibits lymphoma cells growth with IC50s of 1.4-2.0 μΜ[1].

Cell Line: VL51, MINO, HBL1, SU-DHL-10 cells.
Concentration: 0-10 μΜ
Incubation Time: 72 h

IC50s: 1.8, 1.4, 1.7, 2.0 μΜ, respectively.
