Guidelines (The following is our recommended protocol. This protocol is only a guide and should be modified according to your specific needs).
1.1 Preparation of storage solution
Use anhydrous ddHO to prepare a 1 mg/mL stock solution, which can be vortexed.
Note:
The dissolved concentration should not exceed 1 mg/mL. If the concentration is greater than 1 mg/mL, precipitation may occur. Once precipitation occurs, it is not recommended to continue using it.
This product cannot be frozen. After dissolving and clarifying, it can be stored at 4°C for one month.

1.2 Preparation of working solution
Dilute the storage solution with preheated cell culture medium to prepare a 1-1000 ng/mL working solution.
Note: Please adjust the concentration of the working solution according to the actual situation, sterilize it with a 0.22 μm filter, and prepare it before use.
