Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
DMPE-PEG1000 ammonium (14:0 PEG1000 PE ammonium) is incorporated into PFBT conjugated polymer nanoparticles for PEGylated surface modification, and the resulting methoxy 1000 Mr PEG lipid-PFBT nanoparticles have a particle size of 26 nm as measured by TEM[1].
DMPE-PEG1000 ammonium serves as a methoxy PEG lipid component for the preparation of PEG lipid-CPN[1].
