This product is intended for research and analytical applications. 2’-Deoxyguanosine (Deoxyguanosine) is a purine nucleoside with a variety of biological activities. 2’-Deoxyguanosine can induce DNA division in mouse thymus cells. 2’-Deoxyguanosine is a potent cell division inhibitor in plant cells.
In Vitro: 2'-Deoxyguanosine inhibits the clonal growth of HL-60 and K562 leukemia cells with IC50 values of 50 and 80 μM, respectively.
