3-Amino-3-phenylpropionic acid (DL-β-Phenylalanine) is a structural GABA analogue. 3-Amino-3-phenylpropionic acid inhibits baclofen (HY-B0007) induced gastric acid secretion[1].

In Vivo

3-Amino-3-phenylpropionic acid (10, 30 mg/kg; i.v.) inhibits the gastric acid secretion induced by baclofen (2 mg/kg s.c.)[1].
