In Vitro

4-DMA-3'-OH-Chalcone (compound 24) (200 μM; 24 h) selectively reduces 12Z endometriotic cell viability to 48.65% while increasing Ishikawa eutopic endometrial cell viability to 109.23%[1].

Concentration: 200 μM
Incubation Time: 24 h
Result: Increased Ishikawa cell viability to 109.23% relative to untreated control cells.
Reduced 12Z cell viability to 48.65% relative to untreated control cells.
Induced a statistically significant 60.58 percentage point difference in viability between the two cell lines.
