Biological Activity
(6-Rac)-Kirenol (compound 15) (10 μg/mL) inhibits superoxide anion generation in FMLP/CB-activated human neutrophils with 38.44% inhibition at 10 μg/mL and an IC50 > 10 μg/mL[1].
(6-Rac)-Kirenol (10 μg/mL) inhibits elastase release in FMLP/CB-activated human neutrophils with 21.80% inhibition at 10 μg/mL and an IC50 > 10 μg/mL[1].
