PROTAC PD-L1 Degrader-3 is a PD-L1 PROTAC degrader with a K_d value of 0.36 μM. PROTAC PD-L1 Degrader-3 forms a ternary complex with Hsp70 and PD-L1, thereby driving PD-L1 degradation. PROTAC PD-L1 Degrader-3 can be used in cancer research^[1].
