Biological Activity
Quizalofop-p-ethyl (0.5-5 mg/L, 6 days) inhibits the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa, inhibits chlorophyll a and protein content of M. aeruginosa[2].
Quizalofop-p-ethyl (0.5-5 mg/L, 3-6 days) affects the photosynthesis by inhibiting the expression of photosynthesis-related genes psaB and psbD1[2].
Quizalofop-p-ethyl (0.5-5 mg/L, 3-6 days) promotes the expression of MC-LR-related gene mcyH, stimulates the synthesis and release of microcystin (MC-LR) in M. aeruginosa, causing pollution to the water environment[2].
Quizalofop-p-ethyl (0.5-5 mg/L, 24-48 h) upregulates the MDA content in M. aeruginosa, improves the activities of SOD and CAT, inducing oxidative stress[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
