In the S2.2-PEG-MZF/DOX nanoliposome, S2.2 aptamer sodium supports targeted thermochemotherapy, effectively inhibiting cancer cell proliferation and invasion as well as inducing apoptosis, and is widely used in studies related to breast cancer.
