Acid-PEG4-NHS ester
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Acid-PEG4-NHS ester is a PEG4-based PROTAC linker that can be used for the synthesis of PROTACs. Acid-PEG4-NHS ester contains a carboxylic acid and an NHS ester; the carboxylic acid reacts with primary amines in the presence of activators such as EDC or HATU, while the NHS ester also reacts with primary amines, enabling PEGylation and bioconjugation of primary amine-containing molecules.
