Biologische Aktivität
Beschreibung
In Vitro
Adosupine maintains stability for up to 2 years when stored at 40-50°C or room temperature, either protected from light or exposed to light. Moreover, it exhibits extremely high stability when stored at room temperature for up to 60 months[2].
Adosupine remains stable for 320 days in acidic aqueous suspensions as well as reductive/oxidative aqueous solutions, whereas it degrades via lactam ring hydrolysis in neutral and basic aqueous suspensions over the same period[2].
Adosupine exists in only one crystalline form, and its amorphous form can be obtained by evaporating its dichloromethane solution at room temperature[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
