Anti-CD11a Antibody (MHM24)
Anti-CD11a Antibody (MHM24) is a monoclonal antibody targeting murine CD11a. Anti-CD11a Antibody (MHM24) binds to high-affinity (open) and low-affinity (closed) conformations of the αL subunit of LFA-1, and functionally blocks LFA-1-mediated interactions. Anti-CD11a Antibody (MHM24) blocks ICAM-1 binding to LFA-1-expressing cells. Anti-CD11a Antibody (MHM24) inhibits adhesion of high-affinity LFA-1-expressing cells to keratinocytes. Anti-CD11a Antibody (MHM24) inhibits PHA-induced lymphocyte proliferation. Anti-CD11a Antibody (MHM24) can be used for the research of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. Recommend Isotype Controls: mouse IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99977).

Biological Activity
Mouse IgG1 kappa
Human
MHM24 (0.01-100 nM; 30 min) binds equally to K562 cells expressing locked-open high-affinity LFA-1 and locked-closed low-affinity LFA-1[1].
MHM24 (10 μg/mL; 30 min) binds to nearly 100% of human PBMCs regardless of LFA-1 activation state [1].
MHM24 (30 min) inhibits ICAM-1 binding to K562 cells expressing locked-open high-affinity LFA-1 with a mean IC50 of 1.9 nM, and completely blocks binding at 26.8 nM[1].
MHM24 (30 min) inhibits ICAM-1 binding to human PBMCs with a mean IC50 of 0.3 nM[1].
MHM24 (0.1-100 nM; 30 min) inhibits adhesion of K562 cells expressing locked-open high-affinity LFA-1 to primary human keratinocytes with a mean IC50 of 1.1 nM, and completely blocks adhesion at 6.7 nM[1].
MHM24 (3 days) inhibits PHA-induced proliferation of human PBMCs with a mean IC50 of 0.6 nM[1].
