Anti-Mouse E-Cadherin/CD324 Antibody (DECMA-1)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Anti-Mouse E-Cadherin/CD324 Antibody (DECMA-1) is an anti-mouse E-Cadherin/CD324 IgG1 monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse E-Cadherin/CD324 Antibody (DECMA-1) can downregulate the HER signaling axis and PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway. Anti-Mouse E-Cadherin/CD324 Antibody (DECMA-1) can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and induce their apoptosis. Anti-Mouse E-Cadherin/CD324 Antibody (DECMA-1) can be used for researches on cancer and inflammation conditions such as breast cancer, chronic compression injury (CCI) and asthma.

Anti-Mouse E-Cadherin/CD324 Antibody (DECMA-1) (20 or 400 µg/mL, 48 h) significantly inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis in MCF-7 and BT474 drug (Trastuzumab) (HY-P9907)-resistant cell line[1].
Anti-Mouse E-Cadherin/CD324 Antibody (DECMA-1) downregulates the HER (HER1, HER2, HER3 and HER4) signaling axis and PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway (pERK1/2, pAkt, pmTOR, pRaptor and p4E-BP1) in MCF-7 cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

In Vivo
Anti-Mouse E-Cadherin/CD324 Antibody (DECMA-1) (1 μg, intrathecal injection, once daily, for 14 days) can reverse the analgesic effect of glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) in male C57BL/6 mice with a chronic compression injury (CCI) model[2].
Anti-Mouse E-Cadherin/CD324 Antibody (DECMA-1) (10 mg/kg, i.p., single dose, 30 min after the second stimulation or 30 min after the first OVA challenge) significantly reduces inflammatory response in male BALB/c mice with a toluene diisocyanate (TDI) or OVA (HY-W250978)/CFA (HY-153808) induced asthma model[3].
