Anti-MRSA agent 6 (compound 3q6) is a potent anti-methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (anti-MRSA) agent. Anti-MRSA agent 6 shows low cytoxicity for MCF-7, A549 cells^[1].

In Vitro

Anti-MRSA agent 6 (compound 3q6) show antimicrobial activity with MICs of 16, 16, 32, 64, 256, 256, 128 μg/mL for S. aureus ATCC 29213, S aureus isolate, E. faecalisATCC 29212, E. faecalis isolate, E. coliATCC 25922, E. coli isolate, P. aeruginosaATCC 27853, P. aeruginosa isolate, respectively^[1].
Anti-MRSA agent 6 (100 μM) shows low cytoxicity for MCF-7, A549 cells, respectively^[1].
