Antibacterial agent 370
Antibacterial agent 370 is an inhibitor of mitochondrial complex III (mitochondrial complex III). Antibacterial agent 370 binds to target proteins through hydrogen bonds and Pi-alkyl interactions, disrupts respiration and ATP synthesis, and inhibits the growth of multiple plant pathogenic fungi (fungal). Antibacterial agent 370 can be used in the research of apple tree canker, apple fruit rot, and other plant pathogenic fungal infections.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Antibacterial agent 370 (compound A3) at 20 mg/L exerts potent inhibitory effects on the mycelial growth of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Valsa mali, Botrytis cinerea, Rhizoctonia solani, Botryosphaeria dothidea and Fusarium graminearum, with EC50 values of 2.60, 0.577, 3.78, 3.71, 2.46 and 5.22 mg/L, respectively[1].
Antibacterial agent 370 (5 mg/L) disrupts the mycelial structure of Valsa mali and induces surface collapse, distortion, and dehydration phenomena in the mycelia[1].
Antibacterial agent 370 (1-10 mg/L) inhibits the activity of mitochondrial complex III in Valsa mali, with an inhibition rate of 68.9% at 10 mg/L and 42.8% at 5 mg/L[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
In Vivo
Antibacterial agent 370 (75-150 mg/L; spray application; 1 time) exhibits a control efficacy of 66.7% against Physalospora piricola on apple fruits at a concentration of 150 mg/L, and a control efficacy of 39.6% at a concentration of 75 mg/L[1].
Antibacterial agent 370 (400-600 mg/L; spray application; 1 time) is safe for two-year-old 'Ruixue' apple seedlings at doses up to 600 mg/L, and no phytotoxicity is observed within 7 days[1].
