Verification Images

  • Experimental Validation Results for CD64 Antibody (YA3771)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ‌synovial sarcoma tissue using CD64 antibody was performed. The section was pretreated using high-temperature mediated EDTA antigen retrieval buffer (pH 9.0), for 20 minutes. The tissues were incubated with primary antibody (HY-P84074, 1:600 dilution) at room temperature for 20 minutes. Detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with neutral balsam mounting medium.

Background

  • Function

FcγRI (CD64) is a high-affinity receptor for the Fc region of immunoglobulin γ. FcγRI (CD64) is constitutively expressed by monocytes, macrophages, and many myeloid progenitor cells. FcγRI (CD64) plays a role in both innate and adaptive immune responses. FcγRI (CD64) mediates the effector function of IgG on monocytes, thereby triggering antibody-dependent cytotoxicity (ADCC) to kill virus-infected cells.

  • Subcellular Localization

Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein

  • Expression

    Tissue_specificity:Monocyte/macrophage specific

  • Isoforms & Post-Translational Modification

    CD64 has 2 isomers: P12314-1: 42632 Da (predicted); P12314-2: 38795 Da (predicted).
