In Vitro

Antiproliferative agent-14 (compound 3b) shows antiproliferative activity against HeLa cell (IC50=13 nM)[1].
Antiproliferative agent-14 shows inhibition of colchicine binding activity, with 72.2% inhibitory percentage[1].
