Biological Activity
Antitumor agent-204 (compound 15a) (0-10 μM; 48 h) shows cytotosicity for A549, A549/Taxol MDA-MB-231, MCF-7, BEAS-2B, HUVEC cells with IC50s of 4.43, 0.87, 1.20, 5.54, 10.73, 13.25 μM, respectively[1].
Antitumor agent-204 (1, 2.5, 5 μM; 24 h) induces cell apoptosis in a dose-dependentmanner[1].
