APJ receptor agonist 10 (Compound I choline salt) (30 mg/kg; oral; single dose) demonstrates significantly higher oral bioavailability than Compound I free acid Form A in male Beagle dogs, with suspension and capsule formulations showing mean AUClast values of 1115424 h·ng/mL and 145309 h·ng/mL, respectively, at a 30 mg/kg oral dose[1].
