Biologische Aktivität
Beschreibung
In Vitro
Eleocharin C (compound 3) (0.1 mg/mL; 20 min) exhibits stronger reducing power than the positive control Rutin (HY-N0148) (Abs = 0.35) in the cell-free reducing power assay, which is attributed to the 3′,4′-dihydroxy structure on its B ring[1].
Eleocharin C (0.05-16 mg/mL; 30 min) is designated as having strong free radical scavenging activity in the DPPH assay[1].
