Flubeneteram
Flubeneteram is a succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.0484 μM. Flubeneteram disrupts succinate dehydrogenase activity. Flubeneteram demonstrates protective effects against Rhizoctonia solani and Sphaerotheca fuliginea in preclinical models. Flubeneteram can be used for research related to fungal infections.

Biologische Aktivität
Flubeneteram (0.01-50 μM) potently inhibits succinate dehydrogenase in a in vitro cell-free assay with an IC50 of 0.0484 μM[1].
Flubeneteram (0.75-200 mg/L) exhibits 100% control of both rice sheath blight (caused by Rhizoctonia solani) and cucumber powdery mildew (caused by Sphaerotheca fuliginea) at concentrations of 200, 100, and 50 mg/L, with potent activity maintained at lower concentrations against rice sheath blight[1].
