ATG5 PPI-IN-2 is a selective inhibitor of ATG5-TECAIR protein-protein interaction, with a IC₅₀ of 19.16 μM. ATG5 PPI-IN-2 also acts as an Autophagy inhibitor^[1].

In Vitro

ATG5 PPI-IN-2 (Compound 12f) inhibits the interaction between ATG5 and TECAIR with an IC₅₀ of 19.16 μM^[1].
ATG5 PPI-IN-2 (20 μM; 6 h) reduces the autophagy rate in COS-7 cells to 14.60%^[1].
