BaF3 is a mouse Pro-B cell factor-dependent cell line derived from Bone marrow. Its stable in vitro growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. BaF3 is used to investigate apoptosis, cell proliferation, cell-cycle control, and DNA-damage responses in a controlled cellular system.
