Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
ERKtide (10 min) was phosphorylated by activated recombinant ERK2 with a Km (app) of 0.6 mM and a relative V/K of 136[3].
ERKtide-FAM (25 nM) binds to recombinant ERK2 in a fluorescence polarization binding assay, and wild-type ERK2 binds comparably to ERK2 E320K[5].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
