SCH 54388
SCH 54388 is an orally active metabolite of Felbamate (HY-B0184). SCH 54388 significantly attenuates the functional impairment effects induced by Scopolamine (HY-N0296) or Dizocilpine (HY-15084B). SCH 54388 can be used in research related to cognitive impairment.

Biological Activity
SCH 54388 (0.01-0.1 mg/kg; s.c.; single administration) reverses dizocilpine-induced cognitive impairment in CF-1 mice[1].
SCH 54388 (10-100 mg/kg; s.c.; single administration) produces statistically significant analgesic effects in CF-1 mice[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
