Amygdalinic acid (10-1000 mol ratio/TPA; 48 h) inhibits EBV-EA activation in Raji cells in a concentration-dependent manner, with the strongest inhibition (3.5 ± 0.3% relative control) observed at 1000 mol ratio/TPA and 60% cell viability^[1].

Amygdalinic acid (85 nmol; twice weekly) exhibits anti-tumor promoting activity in a two-stage skin carcinogenesis mouse model, reducing the incidence of papillomas to a level comparable to that of (-)-Epigallocatechin gallate (HY-13653)^[1].
