Sec61-IN-1 (compound A317) enhances T cell cytotoxicity in U87 glioma cells[2].
Sec61-IN-1 shows lower IC50for cytotoxicity in GBM12 and GBM38 PDX cell lines with SEC61G-EGFR dual amplification than in brain, with IC50values ??of 96.6 ng/mL (GBM12) and 163.8 ng/mL (GBM38), respectively. It shows no effect in GBM6 (non-SEC61G amplified) PDX cell line with EGFR amplification[2].
