Capromab 

Capromab is an anti-human PSMA-targeting monoclonal antibody. Capromab binds specifically to the intracellular domain of PSMA, does not undergo internalization after binding, and targets necrotic cells with disrupted membranes. Capromab can be used for the research of prostate cancer^[1].

Capromab (Radiolabeled) (10 nM; 2 h) binds specifically to permeabilized PSMA-expressing LNCaP cells, with minimal unspecific binding to PSMA-negative PC3 cell membranes^[1].
Capromab (¹²⁵I-capromab) (10 nM) retains an immunoreactive fraction of 83 ± 2% when binding to PSMA-expressing LNCaP cell membranes^[1].
