Biological Activity: LPT-99 is an antagonist of apoptotic protease activating factor 1 (APAF-1). LPT-99 suppresses the activation of procaspase-9. LPT99 suppresses Cisplatin (HY-17394)-induced apoptosis. LPT99 can effectively mitigate cisplatin-induced hearing loss in rats.[1]
