Biological Activity: RSVA405 is a potent, orally active activator of AMPK, with an EC50 of 1 μM. RSVA405 facilitates CaMKKβ-dependent activation of AMPK, inhibits mTOR, and promotes autophagy to increase Aβ degradation.
