Biological Activity: SH1573 is an orally active mIDH2 inhibitor. SH1573 has a strong and selective inhibitory effect on mIDH2 R140Q protein (IC50=4.78 nmol/L), and can effectively reduce the production of the carcinogenic metabolite 2-hydroxyglutarate (2-HG) in animal models, cell lines, serum and tumors. SH1573 can be used for the study of acute myeloid leukemia (AML)[1].
