Biological Activity: Iprobenfos is an organophosphorus fungicide and is widely used to control the rice blast fungus. Iprobenfos can phosphorylate the -OH group on the serine residue in the active (esteratic) site of ChEs and so inhibit both AChE and BChE activity[1][2].
