Biological Activity: STAT3-IN-36 (compound 11g) is a triple-target inhibitor targeting LRPPRC, STAT3, and CDK1 with anticancer activity. STAT3-IN-36 binds to LRPPRC, STAT3, and CDK1, exerting a stronger anticancer effect than TMF (HY-N6818) or Capecitabine (HY-B0016). STAT3-IN-36 inhibits HGC27 cells with IC50 1.8 μM.[1].
