In Vitro

Cascaroside F is an O,C-diglucosyl anthrone of the Emodin (HY-14393) series, with its O-glucosyl group attached to the C-8 hydroxyl group^[1].
Cascaroside F and Cascaroside E (HY-N21608) are C-10 epimers, and they can interconvert under alkaline conditions^[1].
