CGR-50
CGR-50 is a potent RSV fusion glycoprotein (F protein) inhibitor (EC50 = 32.6 nM against RSV A2 in HEp-2 cells). CGR-50 blocks RSV entry by binding to the F protein and inhibiting membrane fusion. CGR-50 can be used for RSV infection research.

Biological Activity
CGR-50 (72 h) demonstrates potent, broad-spectrum activity against a panel of RSV strains (EC50 = 144.7 nM against A1540, EC50 = 354.6 nM against B9320, EC50 = 354.2 nM against B1) in HEp-2 Cells[1].
CGR-50 (72 h) exhibits a CC50 value of 17.0 μM and a selectivity index (SI) of 119.0 in HEp-2 Cells (against the A1540 strain), indicating a favorable safety profile[1].
