AZ599 is a mixed CB1/CB2 cannabinoid receptor agonist with an EC50 of 49 nM and a Ki of 120 nM for the human CB1 receptor, and a Ki of 9 nM for the human CB2 receptor. AZ599 inhibits hERG potassium channels and CYP enzymes. AZ599 can be used for research on chronic pain.
