CLL1-L1

CLL1-L1 is a peptide ligand targeting CLL1, which binds to CLL1 on leukemia stem cells and enables selective targeting of CLL1-expressing cells. CLL1-L1 (CDLRSAAVC) binds specifically to cells expressing CLL1, including A549 and K562 cells expressing recombinant CLL1, but not to parental cells or other cell lines^[1].
CLL1-L1-decorated targeting nanomicelles (10-60 minutes) are taken up by A549 cells expressing CLL1-GFP within ten minutes, as evidenced by strong DiI fluorescence^[1].

In Vivo

CLL1‑L1 can modify the surface of Daunorubicin (HY-13062A)-loaded nanomicelles, and this modification significantly enhances the delivery efficiency of Daunorubicin to CLL1-positive leukemia cells; moreover, the toxicity of these CLL1-L1-targeted nanomicelles in BALB/c mice is approximately one-third that of the parent free compound^[1]^[2].
