Gamgertamig (OM336) is a bispecific T cell engager (TCE) antibody targeting B cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and CD3ε/δ. Gamgertamig exhibits potent antigen-dependent cytotoxicity and is capable of broadly depleting B cells and plasma cells. Gamgertamig binds with low affinity to CD3ε/δ on T cells (K_d = 34 nM) and with high affinity to BCMA on target cells (K_d = 0.65 nM), thereby specifically mediating cytotoxic killing of BCMA-positive target cells while reducing nonspecific T cell activation and cytokine release. Gamgertamig can be used for research on multiple myeloma and autoimmune diseases.
