Cy5-tetrazine

Cy5-tetrazine is a fluorescent dye that combines the near-infrared fluorescent dye Cy5 (HY-D0821) and the tetrazine reactive group. Cy5-tetrazine can be used for in vivo imaging and low-background applications. Cy5-tetrazine is a click chemistry reagent. Cy5-tetrazine contains a tetrazine group that can undergo an inverse electron-demand Diels-Alder reaction (iEDDA) with molecules containing a TCO group. The fluorescence properties of Cy5-tetrazine are similar to those of Cy5 (Ex/Em=633/647 nm).
