In Vitro

Danshenspiroketallactone (Compound 22) shows no cytotoxic activity against HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7, and SW-480 human cancer cell lines with IC₅₀ > 40 μM^[1].
Danshenspiroketallactone shows no anti-inflammatory activity against LPS (HY-D1056)-induced nitrous oxide production in RAW 264.7 mouse peritoneal macrophages^[1].
