Species Reactivity

Human

In Vitro

DB-1310 (100 nM; overnight coating) exhibits high, selective binding affinity for human and cynomolgus monkey HER3 with an EC50 of 0.044 nM, and does not cross-react with other EGFR family members or murine HER3[1].
DB-1310 (up to 500 nM; 1 h at 4°C) binds a novel HER3 epitope that does not overlap with the epitope recognized by patritumab[1].
DB-1310 (0.1-0.5 nM; 4 days) exerts a bystander killing effect, inducing cytotoxicity in HER3-negative HEK293 cells only when cocultured with HER3-positive HEK293-ERBB3 cells[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

In Vivo

DB-1310 (1-3 mg/kg; i.v.; biweekly; 4 weeks) exerts potent dose-dependent tumoricidal activity in NCI-H441 NSCLC xenografts, achieving a maximum tumor growth inhibition rate greater than 95%[1].
DB-1310 (3-10 mg/kg; i.v.; biweekly; 4 weeks) exerts potent dose-dependent tumoricidal activity in LU1542 NSCLC patient-derived xenografts, achieving a maximum tumor growth inhibition rate greater than 80%[1].
DB-1310 (1-3 mg/kg; i.v.; biweekly; 4 weeks) exerts superior tumoricidal activity compared to HER3-DXd in HCC1569 breast cancer xenografts[1].
DB-1310 (1-3 mg/kg; i.v.; biweekly; 4 weeks) exerts superior tumoricidal activity compared to HER3-DXd in Colo205 colon cancer xenografts[1].
DB-1310 (3-10 mg/kg; i.v.; biweekly; 4 weeks) exerts potent tumoricidal activity in PR9586 prostate cancer patient-derived xenografts, achieving near-complete tumor growth inhibition[1].
DB-1310 (3-10 mg/kg; i.v.; biweekly; 4 weeks) exerts dose-dependent tumoricidal activity in PR9587 prostate cancer patient-derived xenografts[1].
DB-1310 (6 mg/kg; i.v.; single injection) exerts tumoricidal activity in NCI-H1975 EGFR-mutant NSCLC xenografts, with synergistic enhancement when combined with osimertinib[1].
DB-1310 (3-10 mg/kg; i.v.; biweekly; 4 weeks) exerts tumoricidal activity in osimertinib-resistant EGFR-mutant NSCLC patient-derived xenografts[1].
DB-1310 (1-5 mg/kg; i.v.; single injection) induces time- and dose-dependent DNA damage in NCI-H441 NSCLC xenografts, as measured by increased phosphorylated Histone 2AX levels[1].
DB-1310 (15-45 mg/kg; i.v.; once every 2 weeks; 3 total doses) exhibits an acceptable safety profile in cynomolgus monkeys, with a highest non-severely toxic dose of 45 mg/kg and reversible treatment-related effects[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
