Dehydrofalcarinol shows potent inhibitory activity against MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-157, BT-549, HCC1806, MDA-MB-468 and MDA-MB-453 cells with IC50 values of 0.051, 0.059, 0.22, 0.3, 0.85 and 2.8 μM[1].
